Join us for the 11th Annual Garage Sale on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Here are the details for booth rentals:
- Inside 10x20 Space: $40
- Outside Tailgate Space: $30 (Designated Area Only)
- Table Rental: $5 each
Important Information:
- No sale of firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, drugs, or animals.
- Rain or shine event.
- Inside booth spaces include a 10x20 area with one eight-foot table and two folding chairs.
- Outside tailgate spaces are the length of the truck or truck/flatbed trailer.
- No electricity provided for vendors.
- Vendors are responsible for setup, operation, tear down, and cleanup.
- All merchandise must be removed by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
- No security provided; buildings are locked and secured on Friday night.
Set-Up Information:
- Inside vendors: Friday, March 22, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Outside tailgate vendors: Saturday, March 23, 2024 (daylight hours).
Payment Information:
- Spaces are 100% payable in advance.
- Check/money order payable to KCFA.
- NSF check fee: $45.00 for any returned NSF checks.
- No refunds for prior payments.
Additional Notes:
- No pets allowed for safety and health reasons.
- KCFA will handle advertising, and an ATM machine will be available.
- Donation truck on-site for usable/saleable items.
